So he built R&B Fitness, a private training centre built around individuals, not profit margins. Four years on, with six qualified coaches and hundreds of transformed lives across Bedfordshire, it's doing exactly what it was built to do.

Terms governing membership and use of R&B Fitness services.

Membership

Membership at R&B Fitness is subject to agreement of these terms. Full terms, including payment schedules, cancellation periods, and booking policies, are provided in writing at the point of joining.

Health & Safety

Members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their ability to train safely. Coaches reserve the right to modify or exclude exercises in the interest of your safety.

Cancellation Policy

Full cancellation terms are provided at the point of joining. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling sessions so your slot can be offered to others.

Conduct

All members must treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect. R&B Fitness reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of serious misconduct.

Liability

R&B Fitness takes all reasonable precautions to ensure member safety. Physical exercise carries inherent risk; members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to disclose all relevant health information.
